EZGlassPattern terms of service

Agreement

These terms govern your use of EZGlassPattern (the "Service"), operated by Watts Software Inc.. By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to that email secure: anyone who can read it can sign in as you.

You can delete your account at any time from your account page.

Purchases and billing

Paid plans are one-time purchases. Nothing renews and you are never charged again unless you buy again. Payments are processed by Polar Software Inc. as merchant of record, whose terms also apply to your purchase.

A Project Pass gives access to paid features for 30 days from purchase; buying another pass while one is running adds 30 days. Lifetime gives access to paid features for as long as the Service runs.

Prices are shown on the pricing page. If we ever change them, the change never affects a purchase already made. For refund requests contact support@ezglasspattern.com.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to access other people's data, no interfering with or overloading the Service, and no automated access except through features we provide for it.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you put into the Service. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the Service for you.

Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Watts Software Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes to these terms
